Liability for content

Our website has been assembled with great care. However, we cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete or up to date. According to Section 7 Par. 1 of the German Teleservices Act, we as service providers are responsible in terms of the law in general for the content we create ourselves on this website. But Sections 8 to 10 of the German Teleservices Act state that as service providers we are not responsible for monitoring transmitted or stored third-party information, or for investigating circumstances that may indicate illegal activities.
